Welcome to BT Simply Clean. By booking a service, visiting our website, or working with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These are meant to protect both you (our lovely client) and us (the cleaning professionals).

1. Services Provided

BT Simply Clean offers professional residential and commercial cleaning services. Each cleaning is based on the package or quote agreed upon at the time of booking.

We do our absolute best to complete every service thoroughly, efficiently, and with care. However, we cannot guarantee removal of permanent stains, damage, or wear that predates service.

2. Appointments & Access

Clients must ensure our cleaners have access to the property at the scheduled time. If we cannot access the property (locked doors, no key/code, etc.), a $85 lockout fee may apply.

If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

3. Cancellations

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment may result in a $50 cancellation fee.

Repeated cancellations may lead to denial of future services.

We totally get that life happens — just keep us in the loop!

4. Payments

Payment is due the day of service, unless otherwise agreed.

Accepted methods: Cash, Zelle, Venmo, or other approved options.

Late payments may result in a $15 per day late fee until balance is cleared.

5. Quotes & Pricing

All prices are based on the size, condition, and specific needs of your space. Quotes are estimates only and may be adjusted if the condition of the property differs from the information provided.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you’re not happy with your cleaning, please contact us within 24 hours of your service.

We’ll gladly return to correct any issues at no extra charge (within reason). We want your space to shine — no stress, no fuss.

7. Health & Safety

Our cleaners reserve the right to refuse service if:

There are hazardous conditions (biohazards, infestations, unsafe environments)

Aggressive pets are not properly contained

There is harassment or unsafe behavior

Client will be notified immediately, and service may be rescheduled or canceled.

8. Damages

We treat your home with care. In the rare event of accidental damage, we will:

Notify you immediately, and

Work toward a fair and reasonable solution.

BT Simply Clean is not liable for normal wear-and-tear, pre-existing damage, or items not secured properly.

9. Privacy

Your personal information (address, phone number, etc.) will never be shared or sold.

All client details are kept strictly confidential and used only for scheduling, quotes, and communication.

10. Changes to Terms

BT Simply Clean reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Updates will be posted here with the new effective date.
